Financial Planning associate - payrollePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation

Responsibilities:
Perform payroll computation and generates payroll reports
Reconcile payroll entries against GL Balances to ensure proper charging of expenses
Consolidate and resolve payroll issues and disputes
Facilitate the preparation and releasing of payslips
Process government mandated contributions and loan amortizations for remittance/payment
Prepare final pay computation
Engage in year-end processing/ annualization and printing of 2316
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Commerce or any degree relevant to the position
Knowledge in payroll, account reconciliation, government remittances, and other general accounting functions
Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Proficient in creating reports and in using MS Office
Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
