WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
To support the timely and accurate financial reporting for the JTI Philippine Entities through the preparation of financial forecasts for all planning cycles, submission of monthly financial reporting, and advisory in operational planning.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare financial forecasts for all planning cycles by preparing, gathering, analyzing, and challenging inputs from business partners across the organization.
Timely submission of monthly reporting through validating and analyzing the actual results against the forecast.
Engage in operational planning by preparing the cash flow for financing requirements through validating sales and inventory forecasts.
Coordinate closely with various stakeholders to ensure updated information and changes in assumptions are captured on a timely basis.
To build strong relationships with business partners across the organization to educate colleagues on the financial impact of activities and transactions
Address financial planning and reporting inquiries from HQ, Region, and local management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
At least 2 years of professional experience in a multinational FMCG company in similar FP&A function: Financial forecasting and modeling and, Financial Reporting and Analysis
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Strong MS application skills especially in MS Excel and exposure in SAP and BW
Has high learning agility and adaptability to evolving business environment.
Results-oriented. Able to manage deadlines under tight time pressure is important.
Ability to work with a great level of detail, to connect the dots and, conscious of the big picture.
