The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, consolidation & analysis of actual monthly managerial reporting, as well as the preparation of annual budgets, forecasting, for submission to regional & global offices. This includes centralized coordination and management of master data and mapping of cost centers across global business units and corporate functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Master Data Management
Maintains and ensures consistency of all financial master data in systems (i.e., TM1, SAP, etc.), based on input from GBUs, GSF, IA and R&D.
Perform regular cost center review and clean-up and ensure proper communication and follow-up action
Responsible for accurate master data mapping in the forecasting tool for the annual budgeting and forecasting process with the objective of ensuring timely and accurate submission of the country's financial plan
Consolidation
Forecasts: responsible for the timely, qualitative, and accurate preparation, consolidation and submission during budget/forecast exercise
Manage the TM1 Core Model & other reporting tool submissions in scope of FP&A
Review and reconcile monthly actual P&L reported in Magnitude against TM1
Ensure correct and accurate classification of all expenditure pertaining to the Business Units and detailed cost-controlling. Coordinate closely with BOOST COE and FBPs accordingly.
Compute standard cost for all GBUs. Coordinate with A2R & Supply Chain accordingly.
Analysis
Prepare a standard set of reports (monthly and during forecasts): Sales, managerial Profit & Loss, product contribution, personal costs and Headcount, complemented with standard analysis and bridges (gross margin, opex, digital spend) for all GBUs.
Support FBPs / business in financial modeling for future business decisions
Prepare on a periodic basis a standard set of KPIs covering all Sanofi activities in the country (cross-GBU and functions)
Reporting
Manage the application of transfer price in the MyTP tool across GBU.
CAPEX reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder in Business/Accounting/Finance
At least 8 years in total Finance experience, 3 years of which as a FP&A professional
Must be a CPA preferably
Technical skills - Advanced skills in Excel and working knowledge on SAP or other ERP tools like IBM Cognos, etc.
