Job Responsibilities
Boosting the organization's financial performance through the analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends by coordinating with various departments to build up finance automation infrastructure
Working closely with various departments to build the finance data warehouse in order to implement new financial system for automation purpose
Keeping and maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments or tools, market conditions, and trends
Conducting and comparing analysis and market research in order to support internal financial data and financial system management
Implementing technical tools such as Excel formulas and functions, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc. to handle financial issues
Working with the data, tech team and finance team to create and maintain various spreadsheets and dashboards in order to support analysis and provide insight
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in business finance or any other relevant field
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics, or in other similar discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable a financial data analyst to be comfortable while interacting with executive-level management
Computer literacy skills with advanced knowledge of Excel to effectively prepare detailed and accurate presentations using spreadsheets
Strong competency and analytical skills to identify problems and come up with solutions on time
Well-developed financial intelligence to handle financial issues efficiently.
