Job Description:
Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of all financial accounting activities of the company and related subsidiaries. Ensure that all business activities are done in compliance with Company Policies, and relevant National and Local laws, rules and regulations.
Responsible for the accounting operations of the Company, to include the accurate preparation and analyses and timely completion of financial and management report, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, billing and collection, tax management, business planning, forecasting, budgeting and a comprehensive set of internal controls; designed to mitigate risk, and enhance the Company's financial and non-financial reporting.
Analyze all financial/bank transactions and cash management flow.
Collaborate, design, implement and review finance systems, internal policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and contemporary relevant practices.
Develop financial strategies that include cost efficiency & risk minimization plans
Manage and comply with local and government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Supervise Finance and Accounting staffs and collaborate with other units
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree of any Accountancy course
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Knowledgeable in Accounting and Financial disciplines and management
Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills to manage, plan organize and implement strategic plans
At least 5 years' experience as Accounting Supervisor/Head
Strong analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
Keen to details; good communication and problem solving skills
Executes tasks with utmost professionalism, confidentiality and integrity
Strong interpersonal skills
