The FInancial Controller Manager is responsible to lead the finance team in financial reporting and processes, taxation, and internal control. The candidate must have the following competencies:
Expertise in all areas of regulatory and tax compliance and BIR audit
At least have an experienced in real estate industry
At least with knowledge on online banking cash management
Technical knowledge and competence in the areas of project cost accounting, budget planning, Billings contract progress billings, financial accounting, financial planning and forecasting, credit, and controls.
Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, monitoring etc.)
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
