Finance and Accounting
Review and approve accounts payable and payments
Review monthly profit and loss
Prepare budget and forecast
Sales and Operations
Prepare, review and analyze monthly Sales Summary Report and discuss with Managing Director and Sales Business Heads
Submit and follow up claims with Brands/Distributors related to price drops/price protections, promos (sell-out-based) and supplier subsidy
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly mobile phones sell-out to Brands/Distributors
Consolidate retail stores stock request
Tax and Compliance
Review monthly and quarterly filing of withholding taxes on purchases of goods and services and compensation
Review monthly and quarterly filing of VAT
Prepare quarterly and annual income tax return
Prepare audited financial statements to be submitted to BIR and SEC
Ensure renewal of permits and licenses
Administrative and Others
POS terminal, Home Credit, Flexi Finance and GCash applications, queries and concerns
NetSuite administrator, provide trainings, attend to OICs queries and concerns
Credit-line renewals/Coordination with branches
Insurance renewals
Job Qualifications
Degree in Accountancy. CPA would be a plus
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
Compliance oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong leadership qualities
Proficiency in accounting software
Analytical skills
Good communications skills
