As part of its expansion plans, a market leader in the Pharmaceutical industry is recruiting for a Financial Controller job in Bonifacio Global City.
About the Financial Controller Role:
The Finance Controller will be responsible for sales and margin analysis, pricing support, product costing, and other financial support required by the commercial and integrated supply chain teams. This role reports to the Country Head, and works closely with the business unit heads.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive brand strategic planning, annual budgeting and monthly estimate process
Collaborate closely with marketing, demand planning and supply chain planning functions at regional and affiliate levels, particularly in demand planning process to validate sales assumptions and forecast reconciliations. Provide analysis of saleable and promotional inventory levels at trade
Manage and lead different teams, such as supply chain, sales, marketing, and costing, while acting as business partner for the stakeholders
To succeed in this Financial Controller role, you must have at least 10 years of experience in commercial finance, specialising in business partnering.
Key Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen
Proven track record in being a finance business partner to senior management team
Keen and able to collaborate and communicate cross functionally with sales, marketing, demand planning and supply chain
Excellent analytical skills and accuracy and solution-base thinking
Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills are necessary
