Financial Controller (ortigas, pasig)Global Resource for Outsourced Workers (Grow Incorporated)

As a Controller, you are accountable for the accounting operations of the three companies to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, build up and implementation of comprehensive set of controls, establish the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that the reported results comply generally accepted accounting principles and reporting standards. Ensure good governance and compliance with all laws and taxation requirements.
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant
Cusiness experience of 10+ years at least 3 years of which is as controller or equivalent of a controller, with a progressively responsible experience for a large company (preferably from a multinational background) who has solid success story in multi project completion based accounting handling multiple sites
Highly knowledgeable in tax matters and had history of working though with the BIR on assessments.
Strong background in digitization projects and implementation of controls from the ground up. Strong partnering skills across the organization.
Good savvy presentation skills with the ability to simplify processes and communicate to a diverse audience (foreigners and locals) and has persuasive style in influencing changes and improvements.
