Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Cost Controller provides the financial analysis management needs to make the critical decisions that impact the construction firm's business.
Prepares the Profit and loss statements, including bank reconciliation, cash position, and consolidated summary of sales and purchases to be declared to BIR monthly.
Provides data on Compensation Taxes that are due for payment.
Verifies all journal entries and adjusts entries by Accounting Specialist for submission to the Head of Finance.
Prepares accounts receivable monitoring and standard reports on loan and SOP monitoring.
Initiaties and implements internal controls need by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other relevant fields
Being a CPA is an advantage, but not required
3-5 years of experience in a relevant accounting and financial role
Amenable to work on-site in Las Pinas
