Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Candidate must be a CPA.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): SAP, MS Excel
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
Trading
Check daily profit and loss from futures trading.
Record trading gains (losses) from futures trading.
Reconcile futures trading gains (losses) against statements.
Forecast trading profit and loss.
Reports Management
Prepare and monitor the monthly Summary of Rejections report.
Prepare and compute monthly Rejection Costs.
Collate and summarize all monthly sales requirement.
Prepare the flash accounting gross profit and Financial Statement reports.
Perform bookkeeping and prepare the Financial Statements for both AACML and AACIL.
Prepare and submit other reports based on management request as needed.
Administrative Tasks
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for AACI and JSY.
Perform Revaluation of Inventories for trading-related expenses.
Assist in BIR and tax-related issues.
Others
Conduct a detailed analysis and study on the following:
Sales Volume
Profitability
Expenses
