JOB SUMMARY:
Perform the required budget set up and release and provide necessary control and monitoring measures to ensure that all costs are properly charged to projects.
Provide the needed supports and schedules to the immediate supervisor in preparation of Project Financial Statements for management reporting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
A. Project Financial Statements * Preparation of the needed supports and schedules for the Project Financial Statements
Perform the required entries, settlement and other needed month-end process including the adjustments for settlement errors, if any.
Ensure that all inter-division GL accounts are balanced for projects assigned.
B. Project Budget Set-up and Release * Perform the budget set-up, budget release, budget transfer and budget reallocation for the projects assigned
Ensure that all needed budgets are released within the prescribed SLA
Monitor the project balances to ensure that the SAP Project Builder and the GL balances of the Project are reconciled.
C. Project Control & Monitoring * Perform initial assessment of costs and expenditures that are not within the approved budget and provide recommendation on the appropriate actions
Prepare the Cost per square meter report
Perform the charging of all common costs and township cost to ensure that these are properly charged to the projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
CPA
SAP and Power BI Knowledgeable
Knowledge in Real Estate industry
Analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
