A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Financial Analyst with experience in annual budgets, quarterly/monthly forecasts, financial models and analysis. P&L reporting with variance analysis.
What You Will Need:
•Assigned on Development FP&A
•Develop Budget and Forecasts with Operations and identify risks and opportunities
•Review and analyze financial results and compare with company model and industry standards
•Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and balance the responsibility of maintaining appropriate financial controls by
developing strong and trusted working relationships with Operations teams
•Identify and research variances to Budget and prior periods
•Prepare reporting and analysis related to Bookings, Pipeline, Trending, Headcount, Travel
•Approve headcount and ensure staying within budget guidelines
•Approve PO's and invoices and work with accounting on coding
•Provide support to accounting for audit issues
•Prepare reporting for Board and Management
•Various Adhoc Analysis
What Will Put You Ahead?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other Business-related field.
• Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with the general ledger and chart of accounts for variance analysis.
• High level of computer literacy including report writing experience and must have advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn and understand financial processes
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and interdependently.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and adherence to tight reporting timelines.
