Job Description:
You will be joining the finance team as an important member of the newly created analysis team. Your role will involve the collation, dissection, and interpretation of the various facets of data produced within the business. You may be analyzing the conversion metrics of our sales funnel one day, whilst discussing our assistant engagement metrics the next. As a new role, there is the opportunity for you to discover various facets of the business and drive change through your skills and initiative.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Combine data from multiple data sources to be able to analyze data trends
Reconcile multiple data sources to ensure data integrity
Performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data
Repair/remove incorrect data
Performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data (identify patterns and trends - 'so what', 'what if')
Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting them to management
Work with other teams within the business or the management team to establish better data handling
A high level of mathematical ability
Google Sheets proficiency, SQL a plus
Basic statistics
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to make inference based on a data set
Curiosity to explore interesting anomalies
3+ years of experience
