Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
Provide monthly management reports and updates
Prepare forecast (as necessary) and annual budget
Ensure 100% collection efficiency/manage collection of accounts
Support for the annual audited financial statements and other external audit as applicable
Supervise condo corps to be assigned
Review forecast and budget, including recommended association dues
Conduct review of PR/PO and payment requests as requested/needed
Requirements/Qualificataions
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Finance
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
At least 3-5 years of working experience in financial analysis in the property management or real estate industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Driven, keen to details, and highly organized
Adapts quickly and strives under pressure
