Must be a College Graduate of Business Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or any equivalent from a reputable school, institution, or university with an above-average scholastic record.
Applicants must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience with knowledge in banking products & operations, & with understanding of transferability of funds & capital and its costs.
Ability to understand financial concepts & accounting standards;
Above average computer literacy level, expertise in Excel & PowerPoint software is an advantage;
With strong oral and written communication skills
Job Summary:
Assists the Department Head in the development, execution & monitoring of strategic plans & improvements;
Perform financial & economic analysis necessary to support the internal business plans, strategic issues & initiatives;
Consolidate competitors accomplishments, industry relevant information to assess business environment & opportunities;
Support business executives in major marketing & strategic planning events to identify business growth opportunities;
Performs other ancillary and ad-hoc functions necessary.
Must be willing to work in Ortigas and can start as soon as possible.
