Prepares, analyzes and summarizes recommendations for (Annual or Quarterly) Financial Plans and Forecasts and Trend Analysis.
Performs financial forecasting and variance analysis of actual results vs. forecast.
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
Profit & loss (also called Income Statement) analysis & reporting. Responsible for monthly P&L management including revenues, expenses and gross profit margin.
Proactive analysis and communication of results/issues and be able to discuss causals and potential solutions to Management.
Be a financial adviser to management with regard to cost and budgets.
Business Case development and preparation/delivery of reviews with senior management.
Manage team of analysts and responsible for accurate and timely deliverables.
Analyzing key business metrics impacting business.
Planning and performing operational and financial audits.
Identifying business process risks.
Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
Documenting the results of the evaluations.
Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management.
Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members.
Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.
Provides leadership and guidance to subordinates.
Must be a CPA
Preferably an Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Finance-Audit/Taxation, Financial Analyst role or equivalent
Has at least 10 years relevant experience and has been in a Supervisory or Managerial role for at least 4 years
Has proven effective leadership and management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be willing to work in Taguig
