JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting
Manage financials and strategy of the company by monitoring, analyzing, reporting and recommending to the business team and managing relevant financial performance information
o Prepare management reports and analyses that link financial reports to business strategies
o Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiate change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
o Review and recommend pricing for products and services
Budgeting and Reporting
o Facilitate annual/quarterly budgeting and forecasting process for all departments.
o Consolidate budgets down to contribution margin
o Check accuracy of the assumptions used, consistency of the templates and computation.
Perform project analyses, as needed
Other Tasks
Client Servicing, as required
Accounts Receivable Management, incl. preparation or approval of invoices when needed
Accounts Payable Management
Treasury : Cash handling and month-end bank reconciliation
Assist in month end reporting procedures and annual audit
Preparation of other reports that may be required
Assist in drafting and review of finance policies
Support other team members to deliver urgent reports
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst.
Preferably with at least 2 years experience in Financial Analysis or Management Reporting or as a Accountant.
Skills, knowledge and experience in financial reporting, financial analysis and the provision of financial advice.
Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering with key stakeholders across an organization.
Proven knowledge and understanding of accounting, compliance and reporting requirements.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative, effective and outcomes-based working relationships with diverse teams and individuals including higher management.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems using logic and reasoning.
