Job Summary:
As part of the Strategic Finance team, the Financial Analyst will work closely with the team to s upport financial reporting and analysis, monthly management reports, and process enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Assist the team with consolidation of management financial reporting
Work closely with both local and regional finance teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management reporting
Prepare monthly performance reports to evaluate financial performance by products, by business, and by clients
Perform various analyses such as variance analysis, and cost analysis to help leadership take proactive actions to scale the business and improve profitability
Identify opportunities for process improvements and data automation to improve operational efficiency
Manage various KPI reports to track business performance on a regular basis and produce cost reports to have clear visibility on spending by cost items
Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any business discipline
1-3 years of work experience in similar roles
Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good team player, who takes personal accountability and can work independently
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work Singapore hours
Preferred:
Accounting background preferred
Proficiency in SAP would be an advantage
