Job Summary:
System Soft Technologies is seeking an accomplished Financial Analysis lead to support its corporate headquarters located in the United States of America. Hands-on experience in standard U.S. accounting and reporting practice is essential for the successful execution of the responsibilities of the position that includes overseeing the end-to-end Financial Analysis process and performing a full range of other accounting functions and reporting for the U.S. operation. This position will require interaction with all departments in the accounting division such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting. The Financial Analysis lead will also participate in the preparation process for budget and planning, audits and other compliance activities.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides key financial analysis and management reporting by managing various reporting processes.
Manage subordinates in the day-to-day performance of tasks.
Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
Understanding key business drivers.
Assisting project teams with financial guidance.
Developing financial projections and building financial models.
Performing research and analysis as required.
Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Job Requirement Qualifications:
Accounting Qualification: bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (MBA preferred but not required)
Accounting Experience:
2+ years of experience in USA Accounting
2+ years managerial experience.
5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Experience in IT/ ITES Sector would be ideal.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Working knowledge of financial strategies.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Communication Skill(s):
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must,
Good Typing skills
Tech Skills:
Proficient ERP accounting system, Microsoft Dynamics,
Quick-books experience is must.
Excel Skills - Advanced
Other Skills:
Eye for detail,
Team player willing to learn new tasks,
Detail Oriented,
Happy to work in Fast Paced and Heavy workload environment.
