Train and apply learnings regarding handling client's concerns and servicing
Support and engage on team's initiatives and path to grow in the industry
To be equipped with skills and knowledge that are required to accomplish all tasks under the company-prescribed practices.
Set personal and help in team's targets that are achievable and at par with the company standards.
Attend Unit, Sales Team, Branch, Cluster, Territory, Company, and Industry activities.
Monitor daily activities and performance.
Establish alternative courses of action for self and the branch manager to ensure the efficiency of work.
Convey information and ideas through variety of media to various individuals or groups in a clear and concise manner
Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance
At least 1-year experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
Must be trainable and coachable
With good oral and written communication skills
