About the job Finance Support OfficerPosition Title: Finance Support OfficerWork Set Up: On-siteSchedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHTJob Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark PampangaQuick Rundown:We are looking for a Finance Administration Specialist to support our Clark and Australia teams by preparing finance documents, completing loan applications, entering client data, and managing required paperwork. You will assist with follow-ups, client communication, and customer service inquiries.What You'll Do:Working with a team in Clark and AustraliaCompilation of Finance Compliance documents required for client appointments. Includes loan applications, summaries, fact finds and loan comparisonsCompilation of Finance documents using aggregator softwareData entry of all client details into our multiple lenders and loan systemsCompletion and submission of loan applications/information to lendersUploading all client information and relevant paperwork into databases within the timeframes requiredGeneral administration duties to be able to assist the finance managers with day-to-day filesFollowing up of loan applications, valuation reports and mortgage documents to ensure they are completed on timeCalling Australian clients to provide updates and follow up documents and other requirementsAssisting with Customer Service Loan enquiries from clients and liaising with lendersAssisting with construction processes with lendersWhat We're Looking For:A graduate of any Business-related course2+ years of experience in similar fieldExperience of speaking directly with Australian clientsPreferably with some experience with Australian LendersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong independent research ability
