Process billing inquiry requests from internal and external customers.
Answer incoming calls and emails, resolving issues or managing tasks within the quote-to-cash business process.
Log all requests in the CRM system and escalate or resolve critical issues as needed.
Maintain accurate customer contact records and data in all systems.
Manage an individual work queue in the CRM system.
Process returned mail and emails, contacting customers for updated information.

Required Experience:
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
High school or College Undergraduate.
Willing to work office-based
Willing to work in US time zone (Night Shift Philippines)
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Ready to start immediately.
