Description
1. Supervises the timely accurate payment to suppliers
2. Supervises the reconciliation of suppliers' account balances versus company books.
3. Maintains updated lapsing schedule of all fixed assets of the company.
4. Supervises the monitoring of fixed assets movements
5. Supervises the periodic physical inventory count and reconciliation
6. Performs AR reconciliation for any discrepancy found
7. Analyze monthly Creditable Withholding Tax
8. Monitors availability of fund at all times
9. Prepares schedule of monthly and quarterly BIR statutory requirements
10. Checks monthly Bank Reconciliation report
11. Checks and monitor daily cash position
12. Checks monthly accruals of expenses prepared by Accounting Staff
13. Monitor and prepare monthly Journal Vouchers for other accruals
14. Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly
15. Supervises the accurate and timely recording of the business transaction of the company
