Finance Supervisor I Chief Accountant (60,000 - 70,000)Position Title: Chief AccountantLocation: Alabang, Muntinlupa CitySalary Range: 60,000 70,000/monthJob Summary:The Finance Supervisor / Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing the companys financial operations, including general accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls. The role ensures timely and accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., PFRS).Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government agencies regulations.Manage the month-end and year-end closing process.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls and processes.Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and tax returns.Prepare financial reports for senior management and support business planning.Mentor and supervise accounting team members.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.At least 4 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance;Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards, and audit procedures.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
