Position: Finance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Restaurant Operation
Monitor restaurant's revenue and expenses
Manage Accounts payable (invoice processing and payments; vendor set-up in the SAP; preparation of weekly checks for release)
Monitor restaurant's daily cashflows
Audit the daily sales and ensure timely deposit of the daily cash sales to the bank
Monitor collection of receivables on credit card sales and G-cash transactions
Ensure restaurant's compliance with BIR permits, LGU permits and licenses and other permits necessary on the establishment operation
Leasing Operation
Ensure timely billing and collection of rent (including association dues and utilities) from tenants
Coordinate with tenants on BIR requirements
Ensure tax compliance with BIR permits, LGU permits and licenses and other permits necessary on the establishment operation
General
Assist in external and internal audits
Prepare monthly financial and management reports
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
BS Accountancy or business-related course graduate
With at least 2 years' experience in F&B and Leasing industry
Preferably knowledgeable in SAP
