QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Preferably with 2-3 years supervisory experience which is specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Proficient in MS Office Applications/SAP Applications
Systematic and detail oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation and analysis of branches' financial statements and related schedules.
Supervise and monitor on areas of branch accounting e,g. sales, general, and financial accounting.
Review and analyze accounts payable.
Monitor fund flow of the operation.
Review sales transactions and analyze A/R & revenue.
In charge with business permit processing.
Handle accounts payable - approval of voucher's payable & check allocation for branch expenses.
Supervise and conduct credit check, validation, and approval of all customers (Trade Distributors & CTG Operators).
In charge of the monthly physical inventory of dressing plants & storages.
In charge of the quarterly physical inventory of CTG rotiserrie outlets.
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
