Monitor, review and encode income reports; check and confirm financial settlements submitted by the service centers.
Attend finance-related concerns daily
Weekly checking, sorting and compiling hard copies of ORs, Repair order and Accessory Sales order from Service Center and Drop off points
Monthly review and submit Output VAT, balancing of Actual Income VS System Account
To monthly conduct remote audit of Service Centers and Drop off points
Encode and verify the hard copies ORs with the Output VAT sheet
Monitor and Update overpayments and refund
Maintain a proper filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory and allocation to Service Centers and Drop off points
Monitor and resolve cashless payment transactions and concerns
Check and review reimbursement of Service Centers and DOP
Other Ad hoc duties as required
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
