Job Description
About the job
We are looking for Finance Specialist who will be part of the team that support our Service Office and stores in the Philippines.
Your assignment
Prepare and ensure timely payments to domestic and foreign vendors
Reconcile payments and bank statements
Liaise with banks and vendors on payment related enquires
Input of vouchers in accounting system
Reconciliation of GL accounts, vendor balances and customer balances and archive Accounting documents
Import travel and other claims to accounting system and process the reimbursements to co-workers through
bank transfer or petty cash
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports in relation to Finance functions
Other ad hoc task as assigned
Qualifications
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other related course with minimum 2 years working experience in General Accounting and Accounts Payable/Receivable functions
CPAs or non-CPAs with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge about local accounting legislation and corporate requirements on documentation and archiving
Experience with computerized accounting system, preferably in a multi-national company and/or retail industry
