finance specialist ( Bookkeeper)Remote Staff

Our client is one of Australia's largest full service solar panel and LED light installer.
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time
Responsibilities:
Contractor and Employee contract and insurance policy review
Record keeping and monitoring of contractors and employee's database 201 files
Weekly Payroll preparation, payments, and reconciliation
Handling Business Unit's all finance and accounting task
Order to Cash Accounts Receivable Cycle
Procurement to Pay Accounts Payable Cycle
AR and AP Reporting
Assist with month end/year end closing
Perform ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Must have bookkeeping experience of at least 5 years
Preferably with experience dealing with foreign clients.
Knowledgeable in cloud-based applications such as Xero, Office 365, Google applications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent work ethics and attitude
Advance Proficiency in MS Excel
Capable of working independently, with high attention to detail and accuracy of information
Equipment's minimum requirement should be i5 or equivalent, Windows 10 with 8GB RAM.
