To accurately process cash transactions resulting from operational activity across QBE European Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure policies are followed and refer/escalate where appropriate
Comply on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with stakeholders and customers
Initiate settlement of authorized cash transactions ensuring accuracy and prompt processing within specified timeframes
Process voids and cancellations
Log and investigate any payment failures
Ensure timely posting of cash payments and receipts for allocation purposes
Ensure cash flows are promptly submitted to Treasury team to achieve effective cash flow for forecasting
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
3 years relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS tools

Organizational skills
Preferred Knowledge
Basic knowledge of General Accounting and Financial Processes
Basic knowledge of EFT banking systems
