Processing basic and routine finance function related but not limited to Accounts Payable and/or Travel & Expenses reporting duties
Technical Performance
Process all task related to invoice and expense
processing
Perform all journal entries and reconcile
payments
Properly assess completeness of documents
received and provide solutions if incomplete
Met service level agreement requirements
Timeliness and accuracy of processed invoices and expenses
Prepare appropriate supporting documentation
that substantiate payments with necessary
approvals based on authority
Investigates and analyze queries through
communication to internal and external parties
Knowledge
Basic knowledge of General
Accounting and Financial
Processes
Skills
Basic understanding in using
electronic spreadsheets,
data analysis and
reconciliation
Proficient verbal and written
communication skills
Proficiency in MS tools
Keen to details
Experience
At least 1 year relevant work experience
Knowledge in Accounts Payable finance systems (SAP,
Oracle, JDE, Peachtree, etc)
Accounting graduate
Must be a regular employee and has been in his/her current role for 1 year
Must not have any active CAs or under PIP
Must have a minimum rating of 3 with the most recent PMP
