Processing, analyzing and reporting of financial transactions and information. Assisting with budgeting processes and preparing various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Policy, Process and Procedures
Ensure all processes are documented in a
standard format and maintained in an accessible fashion
Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve systems and procedures
Ensure compliance on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus
Establish and maintain an efficient and effective relationship with regional stakeholders
Technical Performance
Perform Asia Pacific (LLA) XOL reinsurance claims validation
Knowledgeable of Evolve, AOPCICS, ROSE, Elders, Aviation, MYOB, and Syris
Liaise with reinsurers on recoveries and ceded premium
Perform reinsurance Invoice generation for XOL
treaties
Prepare reinsurance SOA for SOL treaties, Facultative Treaties, Proportional Treaties, & Special Treaties
Perform general and ICO cash receipting on
recoveries in ROSE and Evolve
Knowledge
Broad knowledge of Financial and Accounting Procedures
Skills
Sound technical understanding of spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation procedures
Problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS tools
Experience
At least 3-4 years in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry
College graduate with a relevant degree
