The Finance Senior Manager effectively provides financial advisory & control services in making sound financial decisions to grow the regional business unit's revenues, manage profit, gain efficiencies, enhance processes, implement policies and achieve over-all business objectives. The position also plays a critical role in developing and implementing the financial strategies of the regional business unit. Ensures that effective business controls are in place.
Leads and provides regional business unit financial budget and administrative cost.
Interprets actual profit performance against both the annual budget and long-term strategy.
Interprets integrated, timely, flexible and relevant financial / non-financial information and analysis to enhance the company's competitiveness and shareholder value.
Controls the financial operations of the regional business unit.
Leads the implementation of streamlined financial activities that will ensure smooth and efficient operation for the regional business unit.
Ensures compliance with regulatory, standards and legal requirements.
Challenges current procedures & provides recommendations to improve efficiency and optimize company resources.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, and other related courses.
At least three (3) years experience in Finance and Corporate Planning in major Philippine and/or multinational corporations.
Certified Financial Accounting (CFA) and/or Certified Management Accounting (CMA) Certifications are not required but would be an advantage
At least 3 years managerial capacity
Advance knowledge and understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant business
Excellent oral and written communication
High degree of honesty and integrity and demonstrates ability to exercise confidentiality
