About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.
As a valuable member of our Finance team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.
Your Role:
The senior analyst - Regulatory Reporting will be a key member of the Manila Regulatory Reporting team and he/she will be responsible for the preparation of various regulatory returns for the Citco Banks and other regulated companies in the Citco Group of Companies.
The individual will work with internal stakeholders, such as the Capital Management, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Data Governance and IT teams facilitate to the smooth integration of system changes.
He/she will also assist in the deployment of various standard operating procedures and the preparation of the regulatory reports for the Citco banks and other regulated entities that are located in Europe, Canada and the Caribbean in order to ensure a sound control environment.
Prepare returns for regulated entities in the Citco Group of companies so as to ensure compliance.
Develop standard operating procedure manuals.
Support the regulatory teams in Pune, India & Vilnius, Lithuania in decision making with impact assessments of new regulations and announcements that may affect the organization.
Develop and maintain controls to validate with reasonable certainty the accuracy and completeness of the data input into the calculations.
Automate and streamline the current processes to improve reporting analysis, commentary, data quality, timeliness and accuracy.
Analyse and explain key day on day drivers for movement's in liquidity position of the firm through various liquidity risk metrics.
About You:
