Job Description
He/She supports, initiates, and manages strategic projects in SSC PH in the areas of Accounting that is not limited to Accounts Payable Invoice Processing, Payments, Travel and Expense, General Ledger and Fixed Assets Accounting. He/She helps on the decision making and drive operational excellence and execution of the organization. In this role, he/she will:
Support projects across different teams and functions in SSC PH with detailed analyses, while managing key stakeholders, providing direction and professional advice to the project core team including change management.
Manages, analyzes and reports operational and employee performance metrics of the organization.
Drives organization capability and process improvements.
Have significant exposure to Senior leadership team.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Graduate of any Accounting related degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounting Job
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Performance and Project Management tasks.
High technical and analytical aptitude, as well as strong computer literacy and excel skills, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Macro expertise is an edge.

Detailed oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibility
Ability to communicate facts and constraints effectively verbally and in writing

Strong strategic and conceptual thinking
