Decision Support team prepare and run management reports with commentaries on trends and variances on Divisional P&L and FTE analysis. The team will support analysis during close and also supports forecast and budget process and provides initial commentary based on key drivers for FTE, revenue and costs and using trends. They also support loading the planning tool and finalizing the Hyperion submissions and preparation of the budget presentation material.
Also, the team is responsible for deep dive analysis to identify drivers of FTE and cost variances in each division and to aid in identifying risk and opportunities based on the financial results. The team also supports and drive process improvement around financial process that impacts management reporting.
The team delivers timely and quality management reporting to support business decisions and team members. They also support various management projects and initiatives that requires finance expertise whether it be financial modelling, analytics, opinion, research or leading projects.
Job Qualifications:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with Finance concentration. CPA and Big 4 experience Preferred.
Experience in a financial role or Finance support role and an understanding of the revenue or cost metrics and reporting working in a global organization (preferred).
Experience of achieving results in an international environment, in a centralised function working through regular interactions by email, phone or video conference with appreciation of differences in culture, time zones and legal frameworks (preferred).
Experience working in a Finance team through a period of significant change (preferred).
3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, or equivalent.
