Help the Agency's leadership develop sensible budget by leading the preparation of the staff cost budget, developing staff rate cards, determining and creating profitability reports and looking after the effectiveness and efficiency of the Agency's Project and Resource Management system
Lead in development of Staff cost budget, known as Salaries and Related Salaries (SRS), based on sound assumptions and ensure its timely delivery and related reports to stakeholders
Lead in the development of staff rate cards and collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance lead and CFO to ensure that rate cards are optimized for profitability
Lead the development and enhancement of budget and rate card templates to improve efficiency and minimize errors
Lead in the administration of the Agency's Project and Resource Management system to ensure it captures accurate operational data to generate meaningful insights on utilization, profitability, etc that will enable the Agency leadership team make the best business decisions
Perform detailed analysis of the profitability of the group on a by-client level and prescribe recommendations based on findings
Assist the team in other work related to Financial Planning and Commercial Finance to help drive team and departmental success
Required Skills
Knowledge of iSap, Vantage, Hyperion is desirable
Proficient in MS Office Programs; Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Maintain discretion in handling sensitive/confidential
Able to handle pressure amidst tight deadlines
Required Experience
2-3 years in any Accounting function
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Knowledge of iSap, Vantage, Hyperion is desirable
Proficient in MS Office Programs; Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
