Job Description: Job Description: * Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and yearly P/L budgeting and forecasting reports * Provide high-level insights of the reports to the regional team through alignment with the relevant business teams Job Description: Job Description: Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and yearly P/L budgeting and forecasting reports Provide high-level insights of the reports to the regional team through alignment with the relevant business teams Liaise with regional ShopeePay team to ensure alignment of key metrics definition Track and monitor key metrics against budget / forecast and provide action plans if there are gaps Provide insightful analysis to help grow the top line revenue and manage costs Help improve budgeting processes and tools Ad-hoc request from management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field At least 2-3 years relevant working experience Working experience in Tech companies, e-commerce, or Big 4 audit firms is a plus Good knowledge of business and financial principles Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Excellent written and verbal communication Able to liaise with people at all levels Organized, demonstrate skills in prioritization, and ability to multitask Open to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
