EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Finance Operations Associate will support the operative purchasing processes across all categories in more than 100 SAP affiliates with focus on Third Party Risk Management process and acts as support contact for strategic and local purchasing and as interface to Finance & Accounting.
This role reports to the Finance Operations Manager and closely cooperates with SAP Global Master Data team (GMD), the Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC), Global Procurement Organization (GPO) and other stakeholders along the end to end Procure to Pay process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gains holistic understanding of the Supplier Third Party Risk Management end to end process
Query handling / ticket monitoring
Process read out to third party / supplier
Performing third party / supplier risk assessments and evaluations
Providing support required internally and externally to complete the risk assessments
Creating and analyzing reports
Work to deliver tasks within the team's Service Level Agreement
Anticipate issues and use professional judgement to initiate actions to resolve them
Contribute ideas to drive efficiency and process improvements
Support special projects / project roll outs

Hands-on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation
Ability to do in-depth research and to interpret written guidelines and documents
Proactive, dynamic and results driven individual

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken English
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Procurement or other related field
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably 3 years or more experience within customer service, finance, procurement or business operations, audit
Working experience within a shared service center environment
Experience with SAP systems (ie SAP GUI, MDG-S) is a plus
Experience with Compliance tools (ie Process Unity, Dow Jones, Refinitivs) is a plus
