Working within a fast-growing business, you will be working closely with the Finance Manager and operations in playing a key role in enhancing the companies financial control procedures. Your role will include:
● GL journal postings
● Reconcile multi-currency bank accounts and validate the posting of the relevant fees
● Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between FX/banking platforms and financial accounts platform
● Work with Treasury Operations, ensuring that back-office transactions are posted accurately
● Month end book closing
● Processing Invoices and recording expenses
● Initiating bank payments
● Prepare monthly Reports
● Ad hoc and project work as necessary
Requirements
Skills
● Experience as a standalone bookkeeper
● Experience with cross functional reconciliations within a banking or payments environment e.g. Finance and Operations
● Experience using Xero accounting system desirable
● Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
● Ability to work in a fast paced and international environment with a keen attention to detail
● Be proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google sheets
