ABOUT THE ROLE
The Finance Operations Analyst II will get a unique insight into how a combination of technology and a dedicated sales force is able to assist customers throughout the entire customer journey. This will involve supporting cheque management activities which revolve around cheque collection, facilitation of rescheduled repayments with external partners, and assisting in the execution of strategic process changes.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible supporting the Finance Operations Team with tasks related to:
Disbursement & Verification * Liaising with customers on cheque collection and confirmation for timely disbursement
Accurately enter pertinent data points in First Circle & external systems to increase customer satisfaction with the disbursement process
Repayments * Ensuring repayment transactions are recorded in an accurate and timely manner, keeping up with SLAs set by relevant departments within the company.
Posting of day-to-day repayment transactions within SLAs set and all other posting tasks relating to restructuring agreements.
Liaising with the Collections Department regarding payment allocation and relevant agreements related to repayment transactions
Coordinating with Collections Team with special request i.e., cheque redeposits
Assisting the finance core team on weekly SAP invoice upload
Resolving loan audit items and ensuring accuracy of posted transactions
Assist in system migration and product enhancement solutions efforts of the company.
Assist in various departments' inquiries revolving around repayments and finance operations
ABOUT YOU
3-5 years work experience, preferably in a financial institution
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related courses
A team player: Collaborative, communicates well, and willing to contribute valuable insights to the team
Tech Savvy: Knowledgeable in MS and Gsuite applications and is able adapt to using multiple tools
Best in Class Work Ethic: High sense of urgency and High Attention to Detail
Gets the Job Done: Knows how to prioritize and manage multiple and simultaneous customer requests to deliver outcomes.
High Professional Integrity: Can be trusted with highly confidential information
Resilient: Adapts easily and is motivated to continue learning in a high-growth environment
Preferably lives within Metro Manila
