Finance OfficerPRIME Philippines

Finance Officer is responsible for monitoring all financial data and preparing accurate statements for the company. He/she is also tasked for budgeting, management of tax payments and performing internal audits. He/she will act as a consultant for senior managers, conducting cost and revenues analyses. Ultimately, He/she will ensure all our accounting transactions comply with the law and support our company's investments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities etc.)
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Forecast costs and revenues
Manage tax payments
Organize internal audits
Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
Prepare budget forecasts
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
Analyze financial trends
Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain and update payroll information
Monitoring of bank accounts
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or any relevant course
A proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
Strong analytical and planning skills
Must have good communication and presentation skills
Time-management abilities
Confidentiality
Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
