Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.
Preparing financial report and supporting schedules
Analyzing financial data
Monitoring financial internal controls
Manage and coordinate internal and external financial audits
Perform all necessary reconciliations
Oversee the preparation of invoices, proposals etc as required.
Maintain company’s adherence to local statutory and tax compliances
Provide resolutions for identified issues within realistic timelines and maintain financial controls
Develop and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
Perform special projects or any assignment that may be given from time to time
