Finance OfficerVIKING SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC.

The successful candidate shall be responsible to cover the following functions:
Responsible for daily financial operations, such as AR, AP, petty cash and banking matters, etc.
Assist in preparation of Monthly Financial Reports, BIR requirements, renewal and queries
Maintain proper, systematic and complete filling and documentation.
Ensure that all daily accounting transactions are accurately recorded and posted into system.
Monitor petty cash and bank account balances in timely manner.
Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash Reconciliation, AR Ageing, AP Ageing, Fixed Asset schedule, etc.
Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures
Adheres and monitors monthly company deadlines and local statutory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
Candidate must have 3- 4 years work experience; BPO industry working experience would be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spoken and written mandarin skill would be an added advantage
Work location will be in Makati
