Job Summary
Provide Assistance in the efficient and effective budget management and implementation of finance and admin policies and procedures.
Analyze transactions and encode them on a daily basis and submit reports on time
In charge of monitoring of cash advances vis a vis with the budget
Check propriety of documents and ensure authenticity of attached receipts
Reconcile accounts (ie bank reconciliation)
Minimum Qualifications:
Accounting Graduate
Knowledgeable in Multi-Currency
Minimum of 3-5 years account experience
Preferably with 3 years of experience in Civil Society Organization (known as NGO) multiple donors and /or International Development
Matured Christian
