Job Description
We are looking for a high performing Finance Officer who will be in charge of the books of accounts and financial report preparation to ensure that we meet the accounting standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitors and executes regular accounting processes such as A/P and journal entries, including monthly entries for month end closing
Monitors and executes billings and follow ups to a few clients
Administers bank transactions and oversees recording procedures on a regular basis
Assists in account reconciliation not only for Finance, as well as for other departments
Collates and reconciles bank statements vs cash recorded in the Company's books on a regular basis
Provides support for internal controls procedures of the Company
Prepares reports for tax compliance
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of B.S. Accountancy or similar course (CPA and other certifications are an advantage but not a requirement)
With solid experience on general accounting procedures, reconciliation, and documentation
Acts with integrity and understands the basics of financial reporting standards
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Able to work with minimal supervision and able to submit reports within the deadline
