About the Finance Manager Role:
The Finance Manager is a key member of the leadership team. You will be responsible for developing relevant accounting policies and guidelines and controls within the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures timely and accurate periodic closing of the company book
Manage financial accounting and reporting
Manage the company's periodic external and internal audit for management and statutory reporting purposes
Help develop relevant accounting policies or guidelines
Lead expense management drive and needed reporting requirement
To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you should have an in-depth understanding of financial analysis, financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, and budgeting.
Key Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
More than 10 years of experience in accounting processes and internal control practices
Brokerage industry experience is preferred
Knowledgeable in financial statement preparation, accounts reconciliation and audit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders involved who will speak and read in the language
Excellent people management skills
