SANTOS LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is looking for a FINANCE MANAGER.
 
Job Summary:
 
The Finance Manager steers the financial direction of the business, and undertakes all strategic financial planning.
Plan, organize, lead, and control various activities of the Finance Department.
Review financial projections prepared and determine possible sourcing of capital and cash disbursements.
Assist in the preparation of annual budget.
Review cash flow analysis and other forms of reports to determine cash position and assess financial health of the company.
Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to shareholders.
Communicate ratios relevant to shareholders.
Responsible for bank related transactions.
Coordinate with the Credit and Collection Head to ensure efficiency of collections.
Assist the CFO in the determination of doubtful accounts.
Coordinate with the marketing department on sales.
Analysis of project feasibility studies for investments.
Monitor results of investments.
Manage forex risk, interest rate risk, and liquidity risk.
Analysis on the results of operations, identify concerns encountered during implementation, and provide solutions/suggestions for improvement.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
 
Education
Degree in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience:
At least five years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
Occupied managerial position of no less than 3 years;
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.
 Competencies:
Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
