SUMMARY
Maintenance of fixed asset books for Company and subsidiaries
Review of payment vouchers related to fixed assets accounts
Preparation of management reporting packages for monthly MANCOM meetings
Computation and posting of monthly depreciation for ABLE and subsidiaries
Review of closing of books and related activities done during month-end closing
Prepares cash flow reports for Management
Prepares quarterly requirements (17Q Report) for SEC and PSE reporting
Assist in the annual external audit
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of yearly budget
Assist in the preparation of annual requirements (17A Report) for SEC and PSE reporting
Prepares financial statements for some of the companies under the Group
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Professional License in Finance/Accounting (CPA) with proven track record in similar role with experience in the above responsibilities.
At least 3 years of related work experience is required in this field. Preferably with experience in one of the Big 4 audit firms in the Philippines.
Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with the knowledge and familiarity of using advanced functions.
